HOMAGE A JEANLOUP

So there I was sitting at home on a misty Monday morning ruminating, as one does, on the works of the great French photographer and occasional philosopher, Jeanloup Sieff. In my head was one of his best known images of a nude woman and a circular table. I was looking vaguely at the table where I had recently eaten my breakfast, when who happened through the kitchen but the only woman in Bettystown who has ever heard of the bould Jeanloup. Serendipity or what? "I don't believe in God," Jeanloup once wrote, "but women and trees are the proof of his existence."
